To keep shoply safe and trusted, every product is reviewed by our team before going live. Listings that fall in the categories below will be rejected automatically.
Prohibited items
- Fake hair (wigs, extensions, weaves)Authenticity & hygiene concerns.
- Alcohol (beer, wine, spirits)Age-restricted; requires licensed fulfilment.
- Tobacco & vaping productsAge-restricted and heavily regulated.
- Dietary supplements & vitaminsHealth & safety claims require certification.
- Drugs (prescription or recreational)Illegal for marketplace sale.
- Weapons (firearms, knives, ammunition)Public safety and legal restrictions.
Vendor responsibilities
- Submit accurate titles, descriptions, and pricing. Misleading listings will be removed.
- Keep stock levels current. Orders for out-of-stock items damage buyer trust.
- Ship within 3 business days of receiving an order.
- Honour the marketplace refund policy — issue refunds for damaged, defective, or significantly-different items.
- Repeat policy violations lead to vendor account suspension.
Buyer protections
- 30-day refund window for any order.
- Vendor reviews so quality stays high.
- All payments processed through the marketplace — never directly to vendors.
